Get ready, Sydney! Australia’s first “No Fast Fashion” clothes swap boutique is celebrating its brand new home at Greenwood Plaza with a fabulous Clothes Swap Party — and you’re invited.
Think great style, great people and a feel-good space where fashion gets a second life.
Bring along 1–5 of your favourite gently loved, good-quality pieces (no fast fashion brands please) and swap them for something “new-to-you”. It’s like shopping your friends’ wardrobes — but bigger, better and more sustainable.
Receive fashion styling ideas from our talented stylist, Rachel Gallagher, the current International United Miss Australia 2025/2026! Rachel will be sharing practical styling ideas to help you make the most of your swap finds.
Expect a fun, social atmosphere where great clothes are gifted forward, wardrobes are refreshed, and everyone leaves with something special.
Why swap? Because Australia is one of the largest consumers of clothing per person in the world, sending more than 300,000 tonnes of clothing to landfill each year. Swapping is a simple and joyful way to reduce waste, celebrate style and keep great clothes in circulation.
So declutter that wardrobe, pick your best pieces and come join the swap party. You never know what treasure you might find — or who will fall in love with something you bring.
✨ Good vibes. Great style. No fast fashion.
Not sure if a brand counts as fast fashion? Feel free to look it up before the event or ask AI.

HOW THE SWAP WORKS
1. Bring 1 – 5 (maximum) items of clothing or accessories to add to the swap collection pool.
2. Clothing is checked in, then sorted onto racks and tables by our team.
3. Guests can only begin taking and trying on swap items only after the swap is officially declared open by the host at 11 am. This will take place after the brief welcome and talks at the beginning.
SWAP GUIDELINES
Clothes brought to the swap MUST be clean, good quality and in good condition: not worn out, not faded, no pilling, not pongy or damaged. (Good quality also means something you would gift to a friend). Please be mindful and considerate of bringing items that other swappers will be happy to receive 😊.
We can’t guarantee guests will find their sizes as it depends on what other guests bring. Accessories are included in the pool, so there will be something for everyone. We encourage ALL SIZES to participate in the swap. The swap is for all genders so we welcome clothing designed for male, female, adaptive and all body types.
WHAT TO BRING
Pants, skirts, tops, dresses, jumpers, coats, jumpsuits, shirts, shoes, bags, shorts, jackets, blazers, scarves, hats, dresses, sunglasses, jewellery. All these items can be retro, vintage, handmade or from quality medium to luxury brands. Items made of natural fabrics such as silk, cotton, linen, hemp, bamboo, etc are also welcome provided they are not from a fast fashion brand.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
We will not accept underwear, used pyjamas and overused workout gear. Please avoid bringing fast fashion items including brands such as particularly from brands like Shein, Temu, Kmart, H&M, Target, Big W, Boohoo, White Fox, Cider, Asos, Pretty Little Thing, Zara, Dotti, Sports Girl, Bardot, Forever21, Fashion Nova, and other similar brands.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE CRITERIA CANNOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE SWAP.
